Professional Profile Founding Partner of Red Osprey, he is a lawyer with over 30 years of professional practice, having developed a cross-cutting legal career across various fields of law, namely Administrative Law, Tax Law, and Corporate Law. His activity is distinguished by a strategic approach based on the economic analysis of law and contracts, enabling him to structure robust and efficient legal solutions in highly demanding negotiation and regulatory environments. He has extensive experience in structuring and advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions, and public works contracts, as well as Urban Planning Law, having advised several City Councils on these matters. His practice, both in supporting public entities and private operators, has enabled the structuring and implementation of highly complex legal, financial, and regulatory projects, frequently involving sophisticated contractual models and demanding institutional frameworks.
